Our Story
Libbie's Food Truck started with a simple idea: good food shouldn't require a reservation or a dress code. It should be warm, honest, and available to anyone passing through — whether you're heading to the river, the trailhead, or just running errands in town.
We park along MP 47.5 on the Sterling Highway and stay until the last order is served. No reservations needed. Just pull up, wave, and we'll have something delicious ready for you.
